- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until just combined.

- Whip heavy cream and fold in sliced strawberries with powdered sugar.
