Thanksgiving Stuffing Balls

Delight your guests this Thanksgiving with these easy and delicious stuffing balls made with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 4 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion and celery until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, chopped turkey bacon, sautéed onion and celery, eggs, and spices.
  5. Mix well and form into balls.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding cranberries or nuts to the mixture.
