  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it gently into the cheese mixture.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture.
  4. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish, then spread half of the cheesecake mixture over them.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cheesecake mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For best results, use freshly brewed coffee.
  • Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for enhanced flavor.
