- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
