Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Hand Pies Recipe

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the skillet until fully cooked; add turkey bacon and cheese.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place the filling on one half of each square and fold over.
  7. Seal the edges with a fork and cut slits on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs like chives or parsley to the egg mixture.
  • These hand pies can be frozen and reheated easily.
