  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop it.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the diced chicken ham until heated through.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, sautéing until spinach is wilted.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  6. Top with chopped turkey bacon and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
