  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the ricotta mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and mozzarella cheese, repeating layers.
  7. Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
