  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cream cheese blocks, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Blend in sour cream, vanilla extract, salt, and flour until fully combined.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled, garnished as desired.
