- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package vegan pie crusts
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
