  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary; cook for another minute.
  5. Add vegetable broth, peas, corn, soy sauce, and nutritional yeast; mix well.
  6. Sprinkle flour over the mixture; stir until thickened.
  7. Pour mixture into a pie dish and cover with the pie crust, sealing the edges.
  8. Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
