- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add the warmed milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients, and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the Biscoff spread over it, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roll tightly.
- Cut the roll into pieces and place them in a baking dish. Let them rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar with a little water to create a glaze, and drizzle over the rolls before serving.
