Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls

These Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls are indulgently gooey and packed with flavor, making them the perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the warmed milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients, and mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the Biscoff spread over it, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roll tightly.
  5. Cut the roll into pieces and place them in a baking dish. Let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix powdered sugar with a little water to create a glaze, and drizzle over the rolls before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add chopped nuts to the filling.
  • These cinnamon rolls are best served warm.
