- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen peas
