  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Add the rice to the skillet and stir for a few minutes. Then, pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and frozen peas, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
