- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
