  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until onion is translucent.
