1 pound turkey bacon
2 cups diced chicken ham
4 cups mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
Add diced chicken ham and vegetables to the skillet, cooking for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, combine crumbled bacon, chicken ham, vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
