- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

- Mix the flour, salt, and oil in a bowl.
- Gradually add water to form a dough, knead until smooth.
