A savory low carb casserole that combines the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak.

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, and onion powder; cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with provolone cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
