  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the raisins if using.
