An easy and delicious recipe for Pyaaz Paratha, a comforting dish that brings flavors to your table.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup water (as needed)
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and oil.
  2. Gradually add water to knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine the chopped onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, and coriander.
  5. Divide the dough into equal balls.
  6. Roll each ball into a circle, place filling in the center, and seal it.
  7. Roll out again into a flat paratha.
  8. Heat a skillet and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
