1 head cabbage
1 pound ground beef
1 cup rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and separating the leaves.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, tomatoes, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Layer some cabbage leaves at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Form meat mixture into rolls and place on top of the cabbage leaves.
Cover with remaining cabbage leaves and tomatoes.
Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
