- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add cold water gradually until the dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- In another bowl, mix chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the filling on half of the circles, cover with remaining circles, and seal the edges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add extra chocolate or marshmallows for a richer flavor.
