  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Arrange the prosciutto slices evenly over the cheese.

  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
